Colonial Fresh are looking for an 'Experienced Deli Team Member'.

This is a casual position with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right Superstar!

We are offering between 20 to 30 hours per week. You will need to be available for various shifts that include weekdays, weekends and/or public holidays.

As an experienced Deli Team Member, we are needing you to hit the ground running and assist with leading the some shifts.

As an experienced Deli Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide customers with a delightful shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers in selecting premium deli products and providing product knowledge.
- Slicing and preparing a wide range of fine meats and cheeses with precision and care.




- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the deli counter and surrounding areas.
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure effective operation and excellent customer service.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest food trends and sharing your expertise with both colleagues and customers.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a deli retail / grocery setting.
- Deep knowledge of different deli products, including various meats, cheeses, and other gourmet items.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can communicate effectively, take initiative as needed and work harmoniously with others.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to build rapport with both customers and team members.
