Delivery Assurance Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Delivery Assurance Lead to provide independent oversight and assurance for a major Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation program in Perth.

This is a senior leadership role where you will act as the independent assurance authority, providing objective assessment, governance oversight, risk visibility and executive recommendations across a large, multi-workstream Oracle implementation delivered by a third-party System Integrator.

About the Role

As the Delivery Assurance Lead, you will be the trusted assurance advisor to executive stakeholders, program leadership and governance forums.

You will establish and lead the assurance function, providing independent challenge and evidence-based recommendations throughout the program lifecycle. Working across architecture, functional design, integrations, data migration, security, reporting and delivery governance, you will ensure risks,



dependencies and quality concerns are identified early and escalated appropriately.

The role requires deep Oracle ERP transformation experience, strong executive communication skills and the ability to operate confidently in complex multi-vendor environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and lead the overall Delivery Assurance framework, operating model and governance approach
- Define quality review criteria, assessment standards, findings management processes and reporting mechanisms
- Conduct independent reviews of Oracle Fusion Cloud deliverables across functional and technical domains
- Assess solution quality, completeness, traceability and alignment to Oracle leading practices and fit-to-standard principles
- Provide independent challenge and assurance at Design Authority and governance forums
- Evaluate cross-workstream dependencies, delivery risks and critical path impacts
- Assess program schedules, planning assumptions, resource models and delivery readiness
- Lead stage-gate reviews, Design Gate assessments and Build Readiness evaluations
- Maintain and manage the assurance risk register, identifying and escalating critical findings
- Deliver executive assurance reports and present recommendations to Steering Committees and senior leadership
- Lead and coordinate specialist assurance resources while maintaining independence from delivery teams and the System Integrator

What You'll Bring

Essential Experience

- 20+ years of enterprise technology and transformation experience
- 10+ years leading large Oracle ERP or enterprise application transformation programs
- Proven experience delivering independent assurance, program health reviews, delivery oversight or quality assurance engagements

Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP including:
- Financials, Procurement,



Supply Chain Management (SCM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), reporting, security and data migration workstreams
- Deep understanding of governance frameworks, stage gates, risk management and delivery assurance practices
- Experience operating within complex multi-vendor and System Integrator-led delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and executive reporting capabilities
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear business risks and actionable recommendations

Preferred Experience
- Oracle Cloud certifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent program management qualifications
- Utilities, energy, resources or asset-intensive industry experience
- Experience overseeing SAP-to-Oracle transformation programs
- Experience managing multi-phase, multi-work-package enterprise programs

Location

Perth, Western Australia A hybrid working arrangement is available; however, the successful candidate will be expected to spend an agreed proportion of time on-site with the client.
