About the role

We're looking for a lab assistant at our denture clinic in Launceston, and you don't need any dental experience. If you've worked with clay, plaster or wax, thrown a pot, cast a mould, or sanded and polished something to a flawless finish, you already understand this work.

Part-time, around 3 days a week. Days and hours are flexible and agreed with you, within our 8:30am to 5pm opening hours. We may hire more than one person, so you'd be part of a small team who cover for each other.

Key responsibilities

- Pour and trim plaster models

- Shape and carve wax

- Finish and polish to a high shine

- Enjoy hands-on, detailed work and take pride in getting it right
