What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming patients with a warm, professional smile.
- Managing appointments, bookings, confirmations and cancellations.
- Answering phone calls, emails and patient enquiries.

- Processing payments and explaining treatment fees and payment options.
- Supporting treatment plan follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating the practice management system.

- Coordinating with dentists and dental assistants to keep the day running smoothly.
- Helping create a positive, organised and welcoming reception area.

The Person We’re Looking For

You are someone who

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with patients.
- Is organised, proactive and great at multitasking.

- Has a friendly, positive attitude and a genuine care for people.
- Can stay calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Works well independently

Pay: $29.50 – $38.71 per hour
