Dental Receptionist | Part-time | Waikiki Dental Centre & QVC Dental Baldivis

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team across two of our practices: Waikiki Dental and QVC Dental (Baldivis).

Quick View:

- Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our patients across both practice locations.
- Manage phone inquiries, book and confirm appointments, check in patients, and process payments and accounts.
- Perform routine patient recalls and follow-ups to support ongoing care.
- Advocate for positive and proactive dental care in our community.

What We Are Looking For:

- Flexibility to work across both locations (e.g., 1 day at QVC Dental and 2 days at Waikiki Dental, depending on roster requirements)
- Reliable transport and comfortable traveling between Waikiki and Baldivis (not required to travel between both on the same day)
- Friendly, positive attitude and a collaborative team mindset




- Excellent communication skills and an exceptional phone manner
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and take initiative
- Genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- Dental assisting or nursing experience is highly valued, but not essential
- No prior reception experience required for the right candidate
