About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, driven Store Manager to lead one of our locations and play a key role in the growth of Crave N Go.

This is a leadership position where you’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, team performance, customer experience, and overall store success. You’ll be working in a fast-paced setting and will be expected to lead from the front.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing the full day-to-day operations of the store
- Leading, training and supervising staff to ensure consistency across all products
- Maintaining high standards in customer service, food quality and presentation
- Ensuring all opening and closing procedures are followed correctly
- Managing staff rosters, attendance and performance
- Monitoring daily sales, labour costs and store performance
- Handling stock control, inventory, ordering and deliveries
- Ensuring cleanliness, food safety and compliance standards are met




- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
- Helping implement systems and processes as the business continues to grow

What We’re Looking For

- Previous 2-4 years experience as a manager or supervisor in hospitality (dessert/QSR experience is a bonus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
- Good understanding of customer service and operations
- Reliable, organised and takes initiative
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability (including nights and weekends)
- Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the business
