This is an exciting opportunity to join the Skyfields by Perth Airport team as we embark on one of Australia’s largest urban development projects.

Perth Airport is investing more than $5 billion in new infrastructure to support airline partners, offering more services to new destinations and an improved customer experience. This will be the largest funded private equity build in Western Australia for the last 30 years and will deliver one airport for all flight services in a central location.

As the Airport's property division, Skyfields is one of WA’s largest private landlords with an established $1.5 billion portfolio. The 2,105 hectare Airport Estate is located just 12 kilometres from Perth’s CBD, with five interconnected precincts that are home to a diverse mix of industries and businesses: retail, office park, industrial and aviation.

The One Airport project will unlock new development opportunities across the Estate, expanding Skyfields' portfolio and delivering new amenities and destinations for the people of WA, as well as visitors and tourists.

Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Development Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering the Skyfields vision, driving forward our ambitious development pipeline and helping shape the future of one of Western Australia's most significant property portfolios.

What You'll Do

As Development Manager, you will lead strategic land subdivision precincts within the Skyfields portfolio, including sites identified for significant industrial, large-format retail and commercial development opportunities. Working closely with the General Manager Property Development, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the planning and approval processes required to unlock development opportunities, including Major Development Plan applications, regulatory submissions,



stakeholder engagement and environmental offset requirements.
- Preparing and implementing development strategies and feasibility assessments for staged subdivision projects.
- Developing and maintaining detailed financial models to support investment and development decisions.
- Managing project programmes and delivery timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinating internal stakeholders and external consultants to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required standards.
- Providing strategic advice and contributing to the ongoing growth and performance of the property development portfolio.

This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. You will play a key role in expanding the portfolio and creating value through strategic land development initiatives. The position also offers the opportunity to work on built-form development projects, managing the full development lifecycle from concept through to completion.

About You

- You have 5+ years’ experience in property development and hold a relevant tertiary qualification.
- You are a confident and skilled negotiator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You are highly results-driven with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.




- You have proven experience delivering land development and subdivision projects, along with exposure to built-form developments.
- You excel in stakeholder management and have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
