Device Test Engineer – Wireless & Hardware Testing

We’re looking for a hands-on Device Test Engineer with strong experience in manual and automated testing across mobile devices, IoT products, consumer electronics, and industrial hardware. This role is ideal for someone who combines wireless technology expertise with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Test Execution: Conduct manual and automated testing across mobile phones, IoT products, consumer electronics, and industrial hardware.
- Wireless Technology Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of wireless standards, including 4G and 5G.
- Test Case Development: Design, update, and maintain comprehensive test cases to assess hardware and software performance.
- Defect Identification: Identify, document, and report issues related to device functionality,



connectivity, and reliability.
- Data and Log Analysis: Gather and interpret test data to identify patterns, performance gaps, and root causes of failures.
- Compliance and Standards: Verify compliance with industry regulations, including FCC, CE, and ISO, as well as internal quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design engineers, software teams, and QA personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Prepare clear and detailed test reports, logs, and improvement recommendations.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in manual and automated device testing.
- Sound knowledge of 4G and 5G wireless technologies.
- Robust test case development, defect reporting, data analysis, and log analysis skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, software, and QA teams.
- Willingness to undertake field testing.
- A valid four-wheeler driver’s licence.
