At Patten Pavement Services, you'll work on one of the most diverse fleets in Victoria, including Wirtgen profilers, excavators, loaders, rock crushers, heavy haulage trucks and specialised road construction equipment.

We're a family-owned business with over 30 years in the industry, and we're looking for a qualified Diesel Mechanic to join our growing workshop team in Melton.

What You'll Be Doing

- Servicing and maintaining heavy diesel equipment




- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Carrying out preventative maintenance programs
- Responding to breakdowns and urgent repairs
- Contributing to a safe and efficient workshop environment

What We're Looking For

- Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working on heavy diesel equipment
- Current driver's license
- A positive attitude and commitment to safety

Experience with road construction, quarry or earthmoving equipment is highly regarded but not essential.
