TIACS is Australia's Home of Blue-Collar counselling. Free professional support for tradies, truckies, farmers, apprentices, blue-collar workers and the people that care about them. No waitlists, no referrals, no cost, no bull s**t.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to help more people understand who we are, what we do and why it matters. This isn't a traditional marketing role. You're not just promoting a service. You're helping build trust in a model that relies on strong relationships, community support and industry investment to keep professional counselling free for the people who need it.

YOU'RE PROBABLY:

- Can turn ideas into action

- Writes copy that actually sounds like a human

- Understands that design is communication,



not decoration

- Knows their way around digital marketing, content, social media, websites and EDMs

- Balances creativity with execution

- Enjoys finding better ways to tell a story

- Understands that the best marketing builds trust, not just attention
