Your Prospect

Your Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality care and educational programs aligned with the EYLF
- Support compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
- Contribute to program planning, documentation, and daily operations
- Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes
- Maintain a protected, clean, and engaging learning environment

What You’ll Bring

- 3 years of experience working as an educator OR room leader
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS




- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
