As a Disability Support Worker with PCP Services, you will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants across Adelaide's Southern, Central, Western and Northern suburbs.

This role involves supporting individuals with a range of disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), psychosocial disabilities, mental health conditions, intellectual disabilities, and complex support needs. You will play a vital role in helping participants build independence, develop life skills, engage in their community, and achieve their personal goals.

No two days are the same. Depending on participant needs, you may provide support in the home, community, or Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments.

Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support aligned with participant goals and NDIS plans.

- Support participants with daily living activities and independent living skills.

- Assist with personal care,



meal preparation, and household tasks where required.

- Support community participation, social engagement, recreation, and appointments.

- Implement behaviour support strategies and follow support plans.

- Support participants experiencing mental health challenges with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

- Promote participant choice, dignity, independence, and inclusion.

- Complete accurate progress notes, incident reports, and required documentation.

- Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and internal teams.

- Maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct, and PCP Services policies and procedures.
