An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading Tier 1 subcontractor working across an impressive portfolio of major projects in Sydney.

This is a great chance to join a high-performing project team and play a key role in ensuring project documentation is accurately managed, controlled and distributed throughout the project lifecycle.

As Document Controller, you will be responsible for:

- Managing and maintaining project documentation and registers
- Controlling the distribution, review and approval of project documents
- Ensuring documentation is accurately filed and maintained
- Managing document workflows and version control
- Supporting Project Managers, Engineers and the wider project team
- Coordinating documentation between internal teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients
- Ensuring project records are maintained in line with company procedures
- Assisting with reporting, audits and general project administration as required

We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a Document Control role within construction or civil




- Experience working on major projects
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to manage high volumes of documentation and competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Aconex, Procore or similar document management systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach
