Duty Manager

Newcastle Airport

Permanent Full time | 38 Hours per Week

Cater Care is looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to support our Newcastle Airport outlets. You'll bring the team together, keep service flowing and move between customer service, kitchen operations, coffee and beverage service as the shift demands.

What’s on your shift?

- Coordinate daily operations and lead team members across multiple outlets.

- Deliver consistent customer service and resolve operational issues.

- Assist with food preparation, kitchen duties and dishwashing.

- Provide barista and bar beverage service.

- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards.

- Support staff training and ensure shift tasks are completed efficiently.

About You

Desired Skills and Experience

- Experience in hospitality, retail or kitchen operations.





- Previous key-holder or supervisory experience.

- Barista skills and willingness to work across all operational areas.

- Current RSA and Food Safety Supervisor qualifications.

- Current driver’s licence and your own vehicle.

- Availability for afternoon shifts starting at 12 noon, including weekends.
