Our client, a Microsoft Partner delivering Dynamics 365 solutions is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Architect to lead technical design across client engagements. You'll own the end-to-end solution architecture — bridging business requirements, technical delivery, and platform governance.

What You'll Do

- Own solution architecture across D365 CE implementations, from discovery through go-live
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs
- Define integration architecture between D365 CE and third-party/internal systems
- Set and enforce ALM, environment strategy, and Power Platform governance standards
- Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural oversight across delivery teams
- Guide build-vs-configure decisions and manage technical debt/tech risk
- Mentor functional and technical consultants on platform best practice




- Engage directly with client stakeholders on technical roadmap and solution strategy

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience architecting D365 CE / Power Platform solutions end-to-end
- Deep knowledge of Dataverse — data modelling, security architecture, and scalability considerations
- Solid background in plugin development, integrations, and custom extensions (C#/.NET, Azure Logic Apps/Functions)
- Experience defining ALM and DevOps practices for Power Platform (Azure DevOps, solution pipelines)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical design across multiple concurrent engagements
- Confident stakeholder engagement — able to influence technical direction at a senior level
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-600, PL-400, MB-500) highly regarded but not essential
