Must Have

- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM including entities, workflows, configurations, customizations, plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, web resources, and integration development.
- Experience with Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Custom Pages, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages.
- Solid knowledge of .NET technologies, SQL Server, Power Platform, and SSRS reporting.
- Good understanding of CRM functional areas, including Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, and Customer Service Management.
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on end-to-end Dynamics CRM/365 implementations across multiple versions.
- Knowledge of solution management, deployment processes, and environment migration strategies.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Proficient with Jira, Azure Boards, TFS, and Git for project tracking and source code management.

Good to Have:
- Experience with Azure DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.




- Ability to create high-quality technical design documents and perform effective requirements gathering and analysis.
- Exposure to cloud-based integrations and Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver assigned development and enhancement tasks within agreed timelines.
- Prepare technical design documents, solution specifications, and supporting project documentation.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Perform unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Investigate and resolve defects, perform code fixes, and implement minor enhancements as required.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support end-user training, production deployments, and post-implementation activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
