Room Leader/Lead Educator Before and After School Care.

Full time Permanent, commencing immediately.

About the Role:

Are you a caring, creative, passionate and qualified Room Leader/Lead Educator, looking to become part of a dynamic, collegial dedicated team? We are seeking an exceptional educator to join our thriving Koolangka Learning Education and Care Centre. Be a part of a centre where our children learn through outdoor play,



connection with nature and a strong sense of belonging to the wider school community, all on one shared campus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and run creative, new vacation care programs during all school holiday periods.
- Develop educational programs and practices.
- Ensure children’s health and safety.
- Develop supportive relationships with children.
- Form collaborative partnerships with families and communities.
- Provide leadership role to Assistant Educators within the service.
- Availability to work after school times along with full-time work over school holiday periods.

Essential Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Valid Working with Children card, or willingness to obtain.
- Previous experience and knowledge of the Early Years Framework.

Relevant qualification and experiences will be accepted.
