About the role

Senior Creative (Post-Production Lead) role working 2–3 days/week through end of 2026, with a pathway to a full-time role in 2027.

Key responsibilities

- Edit across the slate: hero films, cutdowns and paid social. Own a cut from selects through to final delivery.

- Work alongside the Head of Post to manage the studio

- Produce and direct on select shoots, from pre-production through to the edit

- Bring a strong creative point of view to the edit, beyond technical assembly

- Help set the post workflow and quality bar as the team scales

About you

- Senior-level editor with a cinematic, brand-led portfolio (hospitality, fashion, sport, lifestyle a plus)

- Self-managing and fast. You can carry multiple jobs at once and hit deadlines without hand-holding.

- Solid taste. You know what makes work feel elevated rather than generic.

- Available to start ASAP

Ideally: Comfortable directing and producing, not edit-only
