E&I; Engineer-Maintenance | 8–12 Month Engagement | close to Melbourne CBD

Specialised Management Group (SMG) is looking for an experienced E&I; Engineer - Maintenance to join a sophisticated commercial and R&D; facility close to Melbourne CBD.

This is an opportunity to take a hands-on leadership role coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, contractors, trades and service partners within a highly regulated environment.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Leading day-to-day maintenance activities
- Coordinating electrical, instrumentation, calibration and building services maintenance
- Managing contractors and service delivery partners
- Planning and coordinating shutdown activities
- Supporting audits, compliance and quality requirements
- Maintaining maintenance schedules, records and asset information
- Leading a small onsite maintenance team
- Building strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders
- Ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are maintained

We're looking for someone with:





✔ 5+ years' experience in a similar maintenance leadership/supervisory role

✔ Experience in a highly regulated environment

✔ Robust electrical and instrumentation maintenance knowledge

✔ Experience managing trades, contractors and subcontractors

✔ Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder skills

✔ Strong understanding of safety, quality and compliance requirements

✔ CMMS experience; SAP exposure is advantageous

✔ Relevant tertiary engineering qualification

$140,000–$155,000 + Super
