Qualifications & experience

- Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician

- Current full driver’s license

- Experience working as a team player that contributes to positive work culture and can work autonomously

- Residential and Commercial experience desired.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Lead and support a team of technicians on residential, commercial, and industrial electrical jobs

- Coordinate daily job schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time and to high standards

- Provide on-site supervision and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures

- Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure expectations are met

- Assist with planning, quoting, and ordering materials for upcoming projects

- Mentor apprentices and junior staff to build skills and maintain team culture

- Report on job progress, variations, and any issues to management
