- Experience with product development workflows, such as waterfall, agile or other, to meet product goals
- Experience in the design of electronics PCBAs and hardware (digital, analogy, high speed, RF, power, motor control etc)
- Experience in the full lifecycle of electronics development, such as concept architecture, implementation, planning and execution of compliance activities (e.g. EMC and electrical safety) and transfer to production
- Proficiency with Altium Designer
- Experience in the Design for Test, Manufacture, Assembly etc
- Project & product risk assessment including de-risking process management
- A focus on delivery of products to market
- Experience integrating hardware and software
- Compliance with internal processes
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team
