As result of this development, we expect to see up to 30,000 people working at the airport by the end of the decade.

This unique and critically important role sits within our Commercial Marketing division. It will engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the airport precinct, seeking to enhance the experience for employees in the BNE Community and further developing the reputation of Brisbane Airport being a great place to work.

This is a Communications/Stakeholder engagement role, with an HR twist.

About the role The Employee Experience Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Brisbane Airport Community Employee Experience strategy and annual program.

The role works across BAC and the broader airport community to strengthen connection, attraction, engagement and retention by translating employee insights into clear priorities, practical initiatives and shared accountability.

About you

You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing great work.

You will be qualified and/or experienced in communications, marketing, public relations, stakeholder engagement, events or a related discipline.



You will work closely with the Head of Commercial Marketing in the development of strategy and own the implementation, which requires a hands-on approach, across a range of events and activities.
