About the Opportunity We are seeking an Employment Services Manager in the Fraser Coast region. This is a leadership role with a mix of strategic direction and oversight of operational delivery by teams in multiple locations across the Wide Bay region.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

- Drive the planning and delivery of Workforce Australia services to clients in various locations
- Lead,



coach and develop teams to provide a client focused service within the local labour market
- Set, monitor and drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial outcomes
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as government departments and community groups
- Ensure governance standards are maintained and contract compliance is achieved across all service areas

About you To be successful in the role you will bring:

- Extensive knowledge and experience of Employment Services programs
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Solid KPI and performance management capability
- Knowledge and experience in managing contracts and budgets
