About us
At our Community Care Unit, recovery is about more than getting well , it's about building confidence, gaining independence and getting back to doing the things that matter!
We support adults aged 18-65 on their mental health recovery journey, helping them develop everyday skills, manage their wellbeing, master everything from cooking and shopping to catching the bus, reconnect with their community and take steps towards work or study.
Our welcoming residential setting features 20 self-contained units, shared spaces for group activities and education, and areas where residents can connect with family, friends and support networks.
We're all about helping people build skills, find their feet and take their next steps towards independent living , one achievement at a time!
