We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Meat Processing Labourer. This is a great opportunity for those looking to begin or develop their career in a hands-on work environment. No prior industry experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Duties Include

General labouring and manual handling tasks

Assisting with production and operational requirements

Maintaining a clean and safe work setting

Following workplace health and safety procedures

Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Hours of Work & Conditions:

Full-time hours

Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as required

Typical start time: 5.30am to 6.00am,



with shifts ranging between 7.6–10 hours per day

Work is performed in a fast-paced environment

Pay & Conditions:

Pay rate in line with the relevant industry award (Federal Meat Industry Award)

Level 1 Fulltime $24.28

Penalty rates and overtime paid where applicable

Superannuation paid in accordance with legislation

About You

Reliable and punctual

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Able to perform repetitive manual tasks

Good attitude and ability to work in a team
