Description

�Analyze the issues and priorities of support calls to meet the SLA.�Positive Understanding Peoplesoft FSCM modules like Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Purchasing, E-procurement, Asset management, Grants, Expenses, Billing etc.�Requirement gathering, preparing understanding/requirements documents, efforts estimation and preparing functional design documents�Conduct Business requirements workshops�Mapping FSCM business processes with Peoplesoft modules as per requirements�Understand and conduct Fit-Gap, As-Is, Keep-Drop analysis, Delta presentation workshops�Design, Development and Unit Testing of Enhancements in PeopleSoft FSCM.�Create new reports, Interfaces (SQR/Application Engine) as per the requirements.�Prepare functional specifications & configuration documents.�Conduct trainings for stakeholders or Conduct conference room pilot (CRP) sessions for stakeholders.�Deliverable tracking and monitoring the milestones.�Effectively manages resources and does contingency planning for self and the team; Negotiates for additional resources where appropriate�Manage stakeholder�s expectations
