Duration: 6 months Contract chance with potential extensions About the Role/n We are looking for an experienced EUC Lead to lead the design, migration, rollout and hypercare of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration services. /n You will provide both technical and delivery leadership across Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft 365 Apps. Key Responsibilities/n /n

- Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 collaboration services.

/n

- Design and configure Exchange Online, mail routing and tenant coexistence.

/n

- Develop mailbox migration, mail flow and distribution list strategies.

/n

- Lead Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 Apps deployments.

/n

- Support shared email domain and cross-tenant collaboration solutions.

/n

- Coordinate end-user onboarding and adoption activities.

/n

- Develop migration, deployment, cutover and transition strategies.

/n

- Lead testing, pilot, rollout and hypercare activities.

/n

- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, issues and stakeholder communications.

/n

- Produce migration plans, technical documentation and operational procedures.

/n

- Support transition to BAU support teams.
