Flicket is a powerful, all-in-one ticketing and event management platform which supports events all across Australia and New Zealand, and they are on the hunt for awesome Sidekicks to work as part of the Flicket team at The Bendigo Agricultural Show.

Role Overview

As an Event Assistant, you’ll help deliver a seamless event experience by:

- Selling tickets through a point-of-sale system

- Assisting with customer enquiries

- Scanning attendees tickets into the event using Flicket’s scanner app

- Experience in events or ticketing is an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.

Positions: (per shift)

- 2 x Ticketing (Gate) Supervisor

- 5 x Ticket Scanning Assistants

- 5 x Box Office Assistants

Shift Times: Friday 23th October & Saturday 24th October

Friday & Saturday

- Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM → 8.5 hours

- Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM → 7 hours

Overlap: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM → 30 minutes for briefing/handover To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be:
