Join Korn Ferry RPO and partner with RELX, a global leader in information, analytics and technology, in a specialist executive search role. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Australia and APAC, you'll lead high-impact leadership appointments while providing market insights, talent intelligence and strategic search expertise to support critical hiring decisions.

About the Role

As a trusted advisor, you'll manage a focused portfolio of executive hiring assignments across a diverse range of corporate and commercial functions. Leveraging your executive search expertise, you'll deliver consultative search strategies, market mapping and talent engagement initiatives to identify and attract exceptional leadership talent.

You'll bring executive presence,



strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage credibly with senior leaders and executive-level candidates across competitive talent markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead executive search assignments across Australia and APAC
- Conduct market mapping and targeted search activities to identify and engage exceptional leadership talent
- Build and maintain executive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide market intelligence, talent insights and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven methodologies to enhance search outcomes

About You

- Proven executive search experience gained within an in-house, RPO or search firm environment
- Strong capability influencing and partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated success recruiting Director, Head of and executive-level talent across corporate and commercial functions
- Exceptional sourcing, market mapping and talent intelligence capability
- Experience recruiting across regional or APAC markets will be highly regarded
