Want to work somewhere you can keep developing, have other clinicians around you and enjoy real variety in your week?
You’ll work primarily from our private clinic inside the Playford Aquadome, alongside Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists in a close-knit team.
You’ll have the space and facilities to assess, exercise and rehabilitate clients properly — while having experienced clinicians around you to discuss cases, ask questions and learn from.
New graduates and experienced EPs are both encouraged to apply.
Your clinic is inside a busy community aquatic and leisure centre, giving you access to:
Private consultation and assessment rooms
Full commercial gym and rehabilitation equipment
Hydrotherapy pools
Dedicated clinical and staff spaces
Assess privately, move into the gym for rehabilitation or use the pool when clinically appropriate — all within the one facility.
Most of your week is spent at the clinic, with some local community visits where they benefit the client.
You won’t be practising on your own
You’ll work alongside other EPs and Physiotherapists day-to-day, with people around you to discuss clients, ideas and challenging cases.
You’ll also receive
Weekly clinical debriefs with Team Leaders and our Allied Health Coordinator
EPs and Physios around you day-to-day to discuss clients, ideas and cases
Ongoing mentoring and CPD support
Structured onboarding and gradual caseload build
Dedicated operations support for bookings, scheduling and administration
If you’re a recent graduate, you won’t be expected to know everything from day one. We’ll help you build your confidence and caseload as you develop.
Variety that keeps the week interesting
You’ll build experience across
NDIS and neurological rehabilitation
Aged Care and Support at Home
WorkCover and return-to-work rehabilitation
DVA
Chronic disease management
Falls prevention
Musculoskeletal rehabilitation
It’s an opportunity to develop across gym-based rehabilitation, exercise prescription, clinical assessment and aquatic rehabilitation, rather than being limited to one area of practice.
What You’ll Get
70,000–100,000 Super, depending on experience
Permanent full-time employment
Monday–Friday work
Predominantly clinic-based caseload
Private clinic commercial gym pool facilities
Weekly access to clinical leaders
Ongoing mentoring CPD support
Operations and administration support
Close-knit team of EPs and Physios
Career pathways into senior clinical, mentoring and leadership roles
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need to be an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, wants to keep learning and takes pride in delivering great client outcomes.
What Happens After You Apply?
We keep the process straightforward:
- Apply or send us your CV
- Quick phone call within 24–48 hours
- Virtual interview
- Visit the clinic, meet & shadow the team reference checks
- Offer & onboarding
We want you to see the clinic, experience the facilities and meet the people you’d work alongside before deciding if we are right for you.
