About the role

Your responsibilities will include

- Assisting dentists during a variety of dental procedures.
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and dental instruments.
- Maintaining strict infection control and sterilisation protocols.
- Providing a warm, reassuring experience for patients.
- Supporting clinicians with efficient chairside assistance and smooth appointment flow.
- Maintaining clinical equipment,



stock and surgery readiness.
- Working collaboratively with the reception and clinical teams.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is essential.
- Strong chairside assisting skills and knowledge of infection control procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A reliable, organised and proactive approach to work.
- A caring, professional manner with patients.
- The flexibility to work across a 7-day-a-week practice, including some weekend shifts.

Surgical dental assisting experience is a major advantage! Experience assisting with dental implants, oral surgery or other surgical procedures will be highly regarded.

Remuneration

We offer a negotiable pay rate based on your experience, skills and clinical capabilities. We value experienced team members and are happy to discuss remuneration with the right candidate.
