Paul & Sons Eatery is seeking an experienced, reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team in Doncaster.

We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and enjoys working as part of a professional hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist chefs with food preparation and daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients, including washing, peeling, cutting and portioning.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen.
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware and kitchen equipment.
- Receive and store food deliveries correctly.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist with stock rotation, storage and kitchen organisation.
- Support the kitchen team during busy breakfast and lunch services.
- Complete daily cleaning and kitchen opening/closing duties.

Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment.
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.




- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Physically capable of performing kitchen duties.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work weekends and rostered shifts when required.

- Competitive salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + superannuation, depending on experience.
