Dynamic Property Solutions WA is a family-owned landscaping, irrigation and property maintenance business based in Gnangara. We look after aged care facilities, strata complexes, commercial sites, local government and residential properties across Perth, and we're a Water Corporation Waterwise Partner.

We're not the cheapest outfit in Perth and we don't want to be. Clients stick with us because we turn up when we say we will and the job gets done properly. We run a small team on purpose, and we're looking for one more experienced person who can step in and hold their own from day one.

What we need from you

- Solid hands-on experience in landscape or garden maintenance
- Confident running mowers, edgers, hedgers and blowers safely and efficiently
- Able to work through a site to a high standard without being micromanaged
- Irrigation repair experience is a big plus

The work

- Lawn mowing and edging
- Hedging and pruning
- Garden clean-ups and weed management




- Mulching and planting
- Irrigation repairs and adjustments
- Soft landscaping works
- General property maintenance

What we offer

- $30 - $40 per hour depending on experience, reviewed as you prove yourself
- Work vehicle provided during work hours - your own ute never sees a mower

The basics

- Physically fit and happy working outdoors year-round
- Live within a reasonable commute of Gnangara
- Manual driver's licence preferred
- White Card, or willing to get one
- Police clearance, or willing to get one (we work on aged care sites)
