Eleven North Real Estate is a boutique independent real estate agency based in Cheltenham, focused on delivering exceptional outcomes through strong relationships, quality service and a considered approach to property sales.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an established or emerging Residential Sales Consultant to join our team and work alongside our Director across the Kingston and Bayside market.

This opportunity will suit an agent who has built a robust foundation in residential sales and is looking for a boutique environment where their experience, relationships and reputation can be fully leveraged.

About the Role

This is a key sales position within a boutique structure where success is driven through collaboration, relationships and reputation.

You will

- Contribute to the listing and sale of residential property across the local area

- Work collaboratively with our Director to identify opportunities and grow market presence.

- Manage buyer and vendor relationships throughout the sales process

- Manage end to end sales campaigns, from prospecting and listing appointments through to negotiations and settlement

- Assist with campaign strategy, marketing and sales execution

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with vendors, buyers and the local community

About You

We are looking for more than just a salesperson. We are seeking a driven and experienced professional with ambition and leadership qualities to play an important role in the continued growth of our sales division.

You will ideally have

- Proven success in residential real estate sales




- An established local network and/or database (highly regarded)

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A reputation for professionalism and client focused service
- The ability to operate both independently and collaboratively
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence
