About the Role

As a Facility Support Officer, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This hands-on role combines customer service, sales support, administration, and facility presentation, ensuring every customer has a positive experience with Wilson Storage.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
- Support sales activities and contribute to facility performance targets
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the facility, including Business Hub services
- Manage customer enquiries, bookings, and administrative tasks
- Maintain high presentation standards across the facility
- Build strong relationships with customers and local businesses
- Ensure a safe,



clean, and welcoming environment for customers

Skills & Experience

We're looking for people who enjoy working with customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in any of the following areas will be highly regarded:

- Customer service
- Retail and sales
- Bulky goods retail
- Logistics and warehousing
- Self-storage operations
- Small business administration
