About the role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Factory Hand to join our production team at our facility in Malaga, WA 6090. This is a full-time 3 month contract position that plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations. As a Factory Hand, you will be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring that our facility runs smoothly and that products meet our high standards of quality.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, contributing directly to the success of our manufacturing operations and helping us deliver excellent products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

- Operating and monitoring production machinery under supervision,

- Assembling, handling, packaging and preparing products for dispatch in accordance with quality standards and specifications,

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols

- Performing material handling tasks, including loading, unloading and moving materials around the production floor,

- Assisting with inventory management and stock organisation within the warehouse and production areas,

- Conducting basic quality checks on products and reporting any defects or issues to supervisory staff,

- Following standard operating procedures and work instructions accurately to ensure consistent output,





- Supporting the production team in meeting daily production targets and schedules,

- Reporting equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to your supervisor,

- Physical fitness and capability to perform manual handling tasks safely and effectively,

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards,

- Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment,

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills,

- A positive attitude towards health and safety practices and compliance,

- Previous manufacturing or factory experience is advantageous but not essential for candidates with strong potential and enthusiasm,

- Flexibility to work shifts if required by operational needs.
