We are seeking compassionate and experienced Female Disability Support Workers to join our team. Support that’s built on trust. Work that actually matters. Great disability support doesn’t come from rushing, rotating staff or rigid routines. It comes from relationships, consistency and trust.

In this role, you will provide personalised support to female clients with higher support needs, including challenging behaviours and autism spectrum disorder. You will play a vital role in ensuring each individual’s unique needs are met through tailored support, fostering an environment of respect, dignity and independence.

You’ll be trusted to:

- To build and maintain strong, respectful relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Support daily living, personal care and community participation
- Follow transparent behaviour support and safety plans
- Work as part of a stable, communicative team
- Assist with personal care, medication, meals and household tasks

This role suits someone who values calm, professionalism and doing support with people, not to them.
