We are urgently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Support Worker to support a participant in Waterloo, NSW.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities and personal care.

Support community access, appointments, and recreational activities.

Encourage independence and participation in meaningful activities.

Build a positive, respectful, and supportive relationship with the participant.

Promote safety, dignity, and individual choice.

Requirements





Minimum 2 years of experience in the disability support sector.

Full Australian driver’s licence.

Own reliable vehicle.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.

Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Adaptable availability.
