Stronghold Australia is looking for an experienced Fencing Installer / Crew Supervisor to join our team.

We specialize in commercial, industrial and high-security fencing solutions, delivering quality workmanship and reliable service to our clients.

We need a switched-on, hands-on leader who knows fencing, takes pride in their work and can lead a crew to get the job done safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

WORK SITES ARE IN SYDNEY.

?? The Role

? Install commercial, industrial and security fencing systems.

? Lead and supervise a fencing crew on site.

? Organise daily work, materials and equipment.

? Read plans, follow job specifications and meet deadlines.

? Operate tools and equipment safely.

? Ensure quality workmanship and site safety at all times.

? Communicate with management, clients and other trades.

? Help train and support other team members.

? What We’re Looking For

? Fencing installation experience.





? Previous crew-leading or supervisory experience preferred.

? Strong knowledge of fencing systems, installation methods and tools.

? Ability to read plans and work independently.

? Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

? Reliable, punctual and willing to get hands-on.

? Current driver’s licence.
