Finance Administrator – Part Time (Hotel Panorama)

$34.96/hr | Mon–Fri | 25–30 flexible hrs/week | Brand-new $60M venue

Join the team at Hotel Panorama, a purpose-built destination just 20 minutes from the city. We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to work alongside our Office Manager and keep stock, cash and reporting accurate and on time.

What you’ll do

- Manage stock control and data in H&L;
- Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, debtor follow-up and reconciliations
- Handle daily cashiering, banking and gaming reconciliation




- Replenish ATMs and CRTs and complete routine financial tasks
- Help roll out new systems, train the team and prepare reports for head office

What you’ll bring

- Experience with H&L; POS (or similar), including stock management
- Cash handling experience, ideally in hospitality
- Intermediate Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail, communication and IT skills
- Full Australian work rights
