What you’ll do

- Build and manage a quality customer and referral pipeline.
- Understand each customer’s goals and help explore suitable finance options across vehicle, business, equipment, commercial and personal finance.
- Guide customers from the first conversation through information and document collection, application, approval and settlement.
- Prepare explicit, accurate applications and work confidently with lenders and support teams.
- Maintain high-quality customer records, pipeline updates and compliant file processes.
- Develop trusted relationships with customers, referral partners and professional networks.
- Deliver responsive, transparent service throughout the customer journey.

What you’ll bring
