I am partnering exclusively with a leading global investment management organisation to recruit a Finance Manager Financial Planning & Analysis.

This is a highly visible, commercially focused opportunity within a global FP&A; function, partnering with senior leadership across Distribution, Marketing and Product to drive financial performance, strategic planning and commercial decision-making.

The Opportunity

This is a commercially focused FP&A; opportunity suited to an experienced Senior Financial Analyst ready to step up or an established Finance Manager seeking greater commercial exposure. Working within a team-oriented global finance team, you will take ownership of financial planning and business partnering across APAC Distribution, working closely with senior leadership to influence commercial decisions, drive performance and support strategic initiatives within a global investment management business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning across key business functions.
- Business partner with senior stakeholders across Distribution, Marketing and Product, providing commercial insights and challenging assumptions.
- Develop and enhance financial models, reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify key financial and commercial drivers, providing clear recommendations to improve business performance.
- Deliver insightful financial reporting and presentations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Drive improvements across FP&A; processes, systems, automation and reporting capabilities.




- Collaborate with global Finance and Strategy teams to support group-wide planning and business objectives.

You will bring

- Strong FP&A; experience across financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Proven commercial business partnering experience, with the confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to articulate financial performance, commercial drivers and forecasting assumptions.
- CA/CPA qualification or equivalent, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience within Financial Services, Investment Management or a complex corporate environment would be advantageous.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously within a global organisation.
