/n The Role:
/n
/nReporting to the Group Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:/n
/n /n
- Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations
/n
- Preparation of month-end financial reports
/n
- Posting journals and maintaining general ledger integrity
/n
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
/n
- Working closely with auditors to clear outstanding compliance work
/n
- Supporting the team with ad hoc financial tasks
/n About You:
/n /n
- CA/CPA/ACCA qualified or working towards it
/n
- Prior exposure to property development is desirable, though not essential
/n
- Prior experience of working as an auditor is preferred /n
- You bring an engaging personality and clear, professional communication skills
