A leading financial services organisation is looking to add to its financial planning team in its Melbourne office. It is a highly unusual opportunity - to be a senior financial planner with a ready built internal referral source, and the opportunity to build into an equity position.

Your responsibilities will be to take in referrals of clients, meet with them, analyse their needs and objectives and then suggest suitable strategies for wealth accumulation, pre and post retirement. Resources will be numerous, with total administrative and paraplanning support. Strong practical experience within direct equities and investments will be advantageous.

This role would suit an experienced planner looking to step outside of a large corporate organisation and build something of value, or an adviser who has nowhere else to grow in his current firm. You find relationship building easy, and conversion of clients enjoyable. You have the all the appropriate qualifications.
