Green Point Christian College seeks an experienced Christian educator to lead the day-to-day pastoral care, wellbeing and behaviour of students across Years 7 to 12. The role sits within the Secondary Leadership Team, coordinating wellbeing programs and supporting staff to ensure every student is known and cared for.

The Assistant Head will supervise Year Advisors, guide restorative practices, and collaborate with Directors to strengthen student welfare while enabling curriculum leaders to focus
