About the role

This role involves contributing to the organisation and management of team resourcing on a weekly and monthly basis to deliver projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and profitably, perform tasks and deliver fire engineering advice for clients through detailed engineering analysis, reports and recommendations.

The Role

- Investigate, develop and deliver fire engineering advice for our clients through detailed engineering analysis, reports and recommendations
- Be an E-LAB brand ambassador and role model by embodying excellence and seeking to deliver high-performance results, amazing client service and considered, safe solutions
- Liaise proactively with clients under the guidance of the E-LAB Directors to meet clients needs and deliver expected outcomes
- Challenge the way the company works to improve processes, deliverables, service and outcomes to create a better quality product
- Contribute to the overall expertise of the team by investing in personal and professional development
- Work collaboratively with others including internal and external teams to assist in developing a strong culture of enjoyment and excellence in the workplace

Primary Skills and Responsibilities





- Apply technical skills and consider holistic fire engineering strategies across the design process to develop and deliver project specific client focused outcomes
- Maintain broad understanding of fire engineering issues, working knowledge of the industry and commercial aspects of projects
- Undertake modelling, calculations and prepare reports for providing advice on compliance requirements
- Assist in leading fire engineering projects with a strong focus on client service and resource management abilities
- Work productively and autonomously without periodic direct management
- Seek to understand project deliverables, program and develop understanding of contracts and risk management
- Contribute to the ongoing development of internal policies, procedures, standards and reports
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the NSW Fire Engineering Team and the broader E-LAB team
- Achieve continuous qualified education and undertake personal training opportunities to enhance technical and consulting skills
- Invest conscious effort in the development of both written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate professionalism and strive to provide exceptional client service, timely deliverables and high quality work

Pay: $64,300.00 – $90,000.00 per year
