This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who takes pride in delivering premium-quality finishes, understands the finer details of hotel fit-outs and can drive quality outcomes across a complex, high-end project.

The initial project duration is approximately 12 months, with the position offered on a permanent basis, providing the opportunity to continue with the business beyond project completion.

The Role Reporting to the Fit Out Project Manager, you will take ownership of the fit-out delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day site operations throughout the hotel fit-out.

- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.

- Maintaining exceptional quality standards across all finishes and installations.

- Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and project timelines.

- Monitoring progress and proactively addressing potential delays or quality issues.

- Conducting detailed inspections and managing defects through to completion.

- Coordinating trades to ensure an efficient sequence of works.

- Maintaining a strong focus on site safety, housekeeping and compliance.

- Working closely with the Project Manager, consultants and other key stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

About You





You will be an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in commercial construction fit-outs, ideally within hotels, hospitality, apartments or other high-end developments.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

- Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects from commencement through to completion.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality finishes.

- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades in a demanding site environment.

- The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

- Robust organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and programme.

- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example.

- A strong commitment to safety and delivering a first-class finished product.
