Lead one of Western Australia’s best-known fleet operations, reporting directly to the Dealer Principal.

New Town Toyota is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to take over an established portfolio, lead a stable and experienced team, and grow a business that has partnered with WA’s mining, resources and commercial sectors for more than 34 years.

This is a Monday to Friday leadership role with genuine influence over strategy, an attractive package including a fully maintained vehicle, and real career progression within a Top 20 Toyota dealer nationally by volume.

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll lead and develop our Fleet department, look after key customer relationships and drive growth across existing and new business channels, representing New Town Toyota throughout the WA market.

What you’ll do

- Lead, mentor and develop the Fleet team
- Grow fleet sales and departmental profitability
- Manage and develop key fleet accounts across WA




- Win recent business in the mining, resources, corporate and government sectors
- Build relationships through client visits and presentations
- Develop strategic plans for growth and market expansion
- Work closely with Toyota Australia and key industry stakeholders
- Report on performance and growth initiatives to the Dealer Principal

What you’ll bring

- Proven leadership experience in the automotive industry
- Strong fleet, commercial or business-to-business sales experience
- A track record of building long-term customer relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development
- The ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent organisation and time management
