Casual Food and Beverage Attendant, Rooftop, QT Melbourne

Perched above the city, our award winning Rooftop is where great views meet even better vibes. We're looking for a casual Food and Beverage Attendant with personality to burn, someone who can turn a straightforward drink order into a moment guests talk about long after they've left.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and seat guests with warmth, wit and a touch of the unexpected
- Take food and drink orders, offering recommendations and tailoring service to each guest
- Deliver food and beverages with polish, pace and attention to detail
- Keep the venue looking its best,



from setting up and resetting tables to clearing and pre-shift prep
- Anticipate guest needs and go beyond the brief to create 'unexpected and unrequested' moments
- Work closely with the bar, kitchen and floor team to keep service smooth, even when the Rooftop is buzzing

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in a food and beverage, bar or hospitality role, ideally in a high volume or premium venue
- A current Victorian RSA certificate (or the willingness to obtain one before starting)
- Genuine passion for service, with a personality that shines
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Confidence on your feet, a calm head under pressure and a knack for reading the room
