MAYA Mexican Rooftop & Restaurant brings bold Mexican flavours, vibrant cocktails and a lively rooftop atmosphere to Brisbane. We're looking for energetic, personable and service-driven Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team.

What You'll Do

- Deliver warm, attentive and engaging service to our guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
- Serve Mexican-inspired dishes, cocktails and beverages.
- Develop your knowledge of our menu, spirits, tequila, mezcal and cocktail offering.
- Maintain excellent presentation and cleanliness across the restaurant, bar and rooftop.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service.
- Follow responsible service of alcohol, food safety and workplace safety requirements.
- Contribute to the energetic atmosphere and high service standards MAYA is known for.

What We're Looking For
- Previous food and beverage experience is preferred but not essential.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, food,



drinks and customer service.
- A confident, friendly personality and solid communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy venue.
- A professional attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- A current Queensland RSA certificate.
- Australian working rights.
